Caring for Families in Crisis – Crisis Care Team Training for Faith Leaders 09/24/16 8 am – 12 PM @ Sovereign Grace Church Gilbert

The Gilbert’s Mental Health and Substance Use Task Force will be providing Crisis Care Team training for faith based organization on 09/24/16 from 8 am – 1 pm @ the Sovereign Grace Church in Gilbert.  The training is a “Train the Trainer” style curriculum designed to equip organizations to create their own Crisis Care teams within their organizations. The main crisis being mental health and substance abuse, however, the training is a model that can address multiple crisis intervention and care.

 

This Crisis care Team training and tools are the result of countless hours of painful and educational experience of families of professionals, compiled by the Mayor’s Behavioral Health and Substance Use task Force of the Honorable John Lewis, and Mayor Jenn Daniels of Gilbert, Arizona.
